Engineering
Global Settlement is building infrastructure that moves real value across borders for institutional clients and central banks. The systems behind it span everything from low-level protocol code to the operator dashboards that sit on top of it.
We're hiring senior full-stack engineers who can move across that stack — designing services in Go or Rust, contributing to performance-critical components in C++, and shaping the interfaces that institutional operators rely on.
This is a role for engineers who care about correctness, performance, and shipping. You'll own systems end-to-end and have direct input into architectural decisions across multiple product lines.
Design and build production services across the stack, from protocol-adjacent backends to client-facing applications
Contribute to performance-critical components written in Go, Rust, and C++
Lead technical decisions on architecture, data modeling, and integration with blockchain networks
Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and operational rigor
Ability to commute to office in Miami preferred but not required
You have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience and have shipped production systems end-to-end
You have strong production experience in at least one of Go, Rust, or C++, and can ramp quickly on the others
You're comfortable working across the stack — backend services, infrastructure integrations, and client-facing applications
You've built or contributed to systems that handle high throughput, financial transactions, or distributed coordination
You're comfortable with ambiguity and laying the groundwork
Bonus: experience with blockchain protocols, ledger systems, or settlement infrastructure
